All sales are considered final. Damage return claims must be filed within 30 days after receipt of goods and must be approved. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. To file a claim, a Return Merchandise Authorization Form must be fully filled out and submitted via email. Pictures of each damaged item must clearly support the reason for return and must be sent along with the form. If the pictures do not clearly show the damage, all return claims will be denied. It will take 3-4 business days to review a claim and decide if it is approved or not. If a damage claim is approved, a return label will be provided. After the return is received, store credits will be issued for the pre-approved returned goods. The original shipping/handling cost is not refundable. In rare cases, if a non-damage related return claim is approved, the returnee is responsible to return the goods in the original conditions and pay for the return. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original value will be imposed for non-damage related returns. If the returned goods are not in the original conditions (labels, hangtags, polybags, etc. must be intact), the return will not be processed.
